In breve

Durante il gioco dei bambini Caccia ai Germi non raccoglie dati personali: non chiediamo nomi, foto o posizione, non ci sono pubblicità, strumenti di analisi o cookie di tracciamento, e i progressi restano sul dispositivo. Gli annunci di Google compaiono solo nell'Area genitori, riservata agli adulti.

L'account è facoltativo e riservato ai genitori (si attiva dall'Area genitori, protetta da un controllo). Chi accede con Google ci affida solo la propria email e i progressi del gioco, per ritrovarli su un altro dispositivo.

Cosa resta sul tuo dispositivo

Per far funzionare il gioco, l'app salva nella memoria locale del browser (localStorage) solo: l'eroe e il mondo scelti, la lingua, le preferenze audio, gli orari dei promemoria, i giorni e le fasce (mattina/sera) in cui il lavaggio è stato completato nelle ultime 12 settimane e i germi raccolti nell'album. Senza account questi dati non lasciano mai il dispositivo e non vengono inviati a noi. Si tratta di memorizzazione strettamente necessaria al servizio richiesto, per cui non è richiesto un banner di consenso.

Puoi cancellarli in qualsiasi momento dall'Area genitori → “Cancella tutti i dati”, oppure cancellando i dati del sito dal browser.

Account genitore (facoltativo)

Se accedi con Google trattiamo solo:

• l'identificativo del tuo account Google e la tua email (non il nome, la foto o i contatti);
• i progressi del gioco elencati sopra, per sincronizzarli tra i tuoi dispositivi;
• un cookie tecnico di sessione (valido 30 giorni) che ti mantiene connesso. Nel nostro database ne conserviamo solo un'impronta cifrata. È un cookie strettamente necessario, quindi non serve un banner di consenso.

Base giuridica: esecuzione del servizio che hai richiesto (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Conservazione: finché non elimini l'account. Dove: database Cloudflare D1 nell'Unione europea (regione Europa occidentale). L'accesso avviene tramite Google, che tratta i dati di accesso secondo la propria informativa (policies.google.com/privacy).

Puoi uscire o eliminare l'account in qualsiasi momento dall'Area genitori: l'eliminazione cancella subito email, sessioni e progressi salvati online.

Pubblicità (solo nell'Area genitori)

Nell'Area genitori, che si apre solo scrivendo una parola indicata sullo schermo, mostriamo annunci di Google AdSense. Il codice di Google viene caricato solo lì: nelle schermate del gioco non parte nessuna richiesta pubblicitaria.

Google e i suoi partner possono usare cookie e identificatori per mostrare e misurare gli annunci, per prevenire le frodi e, solo con il vostro consenso, per personalizzarli. Il consenso ve lo chiede il messaggio di Google (una piattaforma di gestione del consenso certificata) la prima volta che aprite l'Area genitori; potete cambiarlo quando volete con il pulsante «Preferenze sulla pubblicità» nell'Area genitori. Google agisce come titolare autonomo: come usa i dati è spiegato su policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Acquisti

Al momento non è possibile fare acquisti. Quando saranno attivi, i pagamenti verranno gestiti da Stripe e questa informativa verrà aggiornata prima dell'attivazione.

Voce guida e promemoria

La voce guida usa la sintesi vocale integrata nel tuo dispositivo. Il file dei promemoria (.ics) viene creato direttamente sul dispositivo e aperto dal tuo calendario: nessun dato viene inviato a noi.

Hosting

Il sito è ospitato da Cloudflare, Inc. (responsabile del trattamento), che per motivi tecnici e di sicurezza può registrare temporaneamente l'indirizzo IP e i dati di connessione nei log del server. Questi dati non vengono usati da noi per identificare o profilare gli utenti. Font e file dell'app sono ospitati sullo stesso server: durante il gioco il sito non contatta servizi esterni. Nell'Area genitori vengono contattati i server di Google, per gli annunci e, se accedete, per l'accesso.

Bambini

L'app è pensata per essere usata dai bambini insieme a un adulto. Non raccogliamo dati personali dei bambini e durante il gioco non ci sono pubblicità, chat, link esterni o acquisti: account, impostazioni, annunci e acquisti sono solo nell'Area genitori, protetta da un controllo per adulti.

I tuoi diritti

Senza account non trattiamo dati personali sui nostri server. Con l'account hai diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione: la cancellazione è immediata dall'Area genitori, per il resto scrivi a [EMAIL]. Puoi anche rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

In short

During the children's game Germ Hunt collects no personal data: we never ask for names, photos or location, there are no ads, analytics or tracking cookies, and progress stays on the device. Google ads appear only in the Parents area, which is for adults.

The account is optional and for parents only (it lives in the Parents area, behind a parental check). Signing in with Google shares only your email and game progress with us, so you can find it on another device.

What stays on your device

To make the game work, the app stores in the browser's local storage only: the chosen hero and world, language, sound preferences, reminder times, the days and time slots (morning/evening) in which brushing was completed over the last 12 weeks, and the germs collected in the album. Without an account this data never leaves the device and is never sent to us. It is storage strictly necessary for the service you requested, so no consent banner is required.

You can delete it at any time from the Parents area → “Delete all data”, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Parent account (optional)

If you sign in with Google we only process:

• your Google account identifier and your email (not your name, photo or contacts);
• the game progress listed above, to sync it across your devices;
• a technical session cookie (valid for 30 days) that keeps you signed in. Our database stores only a hashed fingerprint of it. It is strictly necessary, so no consent banner is required.

Legal basis: performance of the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: until you delete the account. Where: Cloudflare D1 database in the European Union (Western Europe region). Sign-in happens through Google, which processes sign-in data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

You can sign out or delete the account at any time from the Parents area: deletion immediately erases your email, sessions and the progress saved online.

Advertising (Parents area only)

In the Parents area, which opens only after typing a word shown on screen, we show Google AdSense ads. Google's code is loaded only there: the game screens make no advertising requests.

Google and its partners may use cookies and identifiers to show and measure ads, prevent fraud and, only with your consent, personalise them. Consent is requested by Google's message (a certified consent management platform) the first time you open the Parents area; you can change it at any time with the “Ad preferences” button in the Parents area. Google acts as an independent controller: how it uses data is explained at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Purchases

Purchases are not available yet. When they are, payments will be handled by Stripe and this notice will be updated before they are switched on.

Voice guide and reminders

The voice guide uses your device's built-in speech synthesis. The reminder file (.ics) is created on your device and opened by your calendar app: no data is sent to us.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (data processor), which may temporarily log IP addresses and connection data for technical and security reasons. We do not use this data to identify or profile users. Fonts and app files are served from the same server: during the game the site does not contact external services. In the Parents area Google's servers are contacted for ads and, if you sign in, for sign-in.

Children

The app is designed to be used by children together with an adult. We collect no personal data about children and during the game there are no ads, chat, external links or purchases: account, settings, ads and purchases live only in the Parents area, behind a check for adults.

Your rights

Without an account we process no personal data on our servers. With an account you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: erasure is immediate from the Parents area; for everything else write to [EMAIL]. You may also contact your national data protection authority.
